Capt. Brucato,
I was watching your videos from recovery the barge on the Zachery and laughed when I saw the Jaguar towing the Mayflower II in the background. I’ve done that tow twice now with Charlie and actually just did it yesterday; plymouth to new bedford
Our wonderful Captain Bill! To see the sights and sounds through your eyes. How generous you are! How blessed we are!
So looking forward to our next session.
Warmest regards from your Exuma family, Lisa and Billy
This is Ed Whitney’s son Eddie, remember the pig roasts in Keansburg? Your father and my dad were great friends and both were well respected. The picture of my dad brought tears of happiness to me and my sister Kathy. Thank you from a proud son, Ed
Ed and Kathy, I remember those pig roasts well, one in particular when the police were called because a neighbor thought we were roasting a dog. We must have met when we were very young, I don’t recall. I just remember how sharp your Dad looked when he showed up driving what appeared to be a new car every time he visited our house. My Dad thought the world of your Dad. Yes, they were great friends. You should know that your Dad taught me just about every trick in the book when it came to learning how to deck a tug and then a few more when it came to steering them. If it wasn’t for his guidance, good humor and knowledge (which he shared without reservation) I wouldn’t be who I am today. Give Kathy my best. Stay in touch.
